Congratulations to Gary Zhao, CABA’s Past President, on his election to NAPABA’s Board of Governors as an At-Large Member. Gary most recently served as the Co-Chair of the NAPABA Litigation Committee and will begin his two-year term on the Board beginning in November. He stated, “This is a tremendous honor for me and for CABA. I look forward to working with other board members to advocate NAPABA’s core mission and strategic plan.”
